Holiday Cheer with Dreamseeds (holiday sales promotion)

Alright my sweet people, grab a cup of tea, and enjoy life today. I have missed writing terribly. I had some things happen in my life that completely threw me upside down for quite awhile and finding my center has been a challenge. The good news through the process is that I am discovering that what I love is exactly what this blog is about, herbs, nature, and how we connect to family, loved ones and spirit. I am in Arkansas currently reconnected to my plants here, and the wild ones that insist they grow on my land, such as nettles and chickweed. It is an honor to have then persistantly grow here as these plants help my family and customers so much that we use them with joy. I have been very busy tacking large orders and gearing up for the holidays. I have also opened a new store at the herbalist lead Poppyswap venue. Kiki is the owner of this online place and has given us a very reasonable price to begin our listings. Free:) We have a small amount to pay per sale, which gives me some opportunity to offer a sale. You see with Etsy, you pay per listing and per sale, and I choke on my weedies sometimes when I receive my monthly bill. It makes it very hard to offer a promotion when so much is going out, but with Poppyswap, not only is it completely herb supported, but supports us back. So if you use the code poppy, you will receive 10% off your purchase price. I am always very busy this time of year, and am so honored that you love to give my work to others for holiday gifts. I think it is very true that many women will not take time to buy themselves something beautiful unless it is gifted to them. At least I find myself in that cycle constantly.

A few items up at the Poppyswap store are soaps, salves, creams, candles and soon to come lip balm and other miscellany. I am doing my best to squeeze it all in and get things made.
A little about the latest listings
Face Shot is comparable to Butterfly Sun Cream which sells in summer. Face Shot is the winter version with oils of Young Living Gratiude and Balsam Fir to help fight the sun's rays hitting your body while you winter play. The star of the cream is St Johns Wort oil whcih creates a red cast to the cream with its rich and deep color. Along with the essential oils this cream is super for short term exposure. If you burn easily or plan to backcountry ski all day, you may want to bring along your sunscreen just in case.

A couple holiday soaps will be ready soon  Eggnog and Mistletoe. There are other favorites that are about done curing as well such as Dude, Love, Ancient Goddess, and Exotic Hippie shampoo bar to name a few.

The lip balm hit of the season is Bebe Lips, which is a gentle blend of shea butter, cocoa butter, herbal oils, beeswax and NO ESSENTIAL OIL (no flavor oils either) Nada-nothing. This is really helpful to the littles that lick away at their faces when it is cold and get those sore lips with a red ring around their mouths. Bebe Lips works so well at clearing up that redness and pain.

Of course most of my listings will always be here  http://hyenacart.com/dreamseeds  where Karen has worked so hard for years keeping an inexpensive venue for home crafters, it provides me opportunity to list more. Then there is a famed Etsy store http://dreamseeds.etsy.com/  that has been a source of meeting new people for me and getting my work out across the globe.
I cannot offer enough gratitude to you all and these venues for helping me continue on the path I am called. Whenever I veer off this path, something happens to slam me back into place, everytime. I should know better than to think I am anything other that what I am:)

I am also excited to bring a new tea blend to my stores very soon. A holy basil blend to assist us with the stresses we encounter throughout the day. This tea blend is delicious and that is exactly what I wanted to create was a yummy tea with purpose. Often our purposeful teas do not taste super great, and that makes it hard for people that are not accustomed to herbs to really enjoy them. I think this will pass the test for herbies and non herbies alike. I will post soon when this tea is released.

So remember, the Poppyswap store

Love and Blessings, Kristena
